What We’re Looking For
BE / BTech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
10–14 years of experience in mechanical design within a manufacturing environment
Strong exposure to fabricated / welded / sheet-metal products
Hands-on experience with CAD tools (Fusion360 Preferred) (SolidWorks / Creo / similar)
Strong DFM/DFA mindset with a focus on cost and manufacturability
Prior experience leading or mentoring engineers
Practical, factory-oriented approach (not purely desk-based design)
