Our responsibility ceases once the goods leave our factory. Goods damaged in transit are not covered by guarantee.

 

We are happy to offer a one year guarantee on all our products. After which we would still attend to you but at a small cost.

 

All items will be replaced or repaired at our costs if found defective and the invoice date has not exceeded a year. Replacement product shall have the benefit of the applicable guarantee for the remainder of the applicable guarantee period.

 

If the products are found to be altered, modified or subject to misuse, incorrect installation, maintenance neglect, electrical surges or used with incompatible parts then they will not be covered under the guarantee. Castors, mattresses and fabrics are not included in the guarantee.
