We started off as a small manufacturing unit in the year 1994 with few employees. Today we are situated in the heart of Pashamylaram Industrial Area with a one acre campus housing a state of the art manufacturing facility. The journey from there to here has been possible through the constant support of our esteemed customers and the trust of our suppliers. Our motto “Cost is long forgotten but quality is remembered forever” still stands true as we assiduously strive to attain excellence in every aspect of manufacturing. All the manufacturing works are carried on by a skilled workforce with quality checks done at every stage to ensure that only the best is always delivered.
Expertise: - All Hospital related medical furniture such as Motorised & Manual patient cots, OT Equipment Trolleys, Ward trolleys, High quality SS scrubs for OT areas, Dialysis and Cath Labs. We also undertake Curtain partitioning of critical areas.
Facility: - We are located just 40kms from Hyderabad city amidst a recognised Industrial Area, which makes us well connected to the rest of the country. Well equipped manufacturing unit with designated sheet metal section, pipe cutting & bending, drilling, welding, grinding & finishing sections.We have an in house Eight tank dip process semi automatic surface treatment plant for all the mild steel products followed by a high end powder coating plant.
Quality control: - Quality has always been our trademark and we take this a notch up by using only high quality steel which is sourced from either Bhushan, Salem or Jindal, all of them leading names in their own industry. Despite this we make it a point to test the raw material in the metal testing labs for purity from time to time. The thermoset epoxy and epoxy-polyster hybrid powders used in the powder coating process are procured from Paramount and Jotun powder coats.
